Since this was made in RPG Maker VX Ace, it requires the RTP. You can download that for free here https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package. Once you have unzipped the file and downloaded the RTP, click on the file labeled "Game". It should be the one with the dragon icon. Then your all set!
